‘The Likeness of Us’

I am honored to be a part of this Women & Creativity event in Albuquerque along with some amazing local budding and established artists, and very excited to see the outcome of the collaborative installation. An opening reception will be held at the African American Performing Arts Center (310 San Pedro Dr. NE) Friday, March 11 from 5:30 – 7 p.m.


The Likeness of Us, an exhibit of artwork featuring professional women artists and young women from the Youth Services Center (detention facility.) Hosted by Bernalillo County Cultural Services and Bernalillo County Youth Services Center. The exhibit can be viewed March 9 – 26 at the African American Performing Arts Center, located on Expo New Mexico at 310 San Pedro Dr. NE, Albuquerque, 87108. Tuesday – Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. – 4 p.m

“The Likeness of Us is a cross generational visual dialogue between women and girls using art as the medium,” said Debbie Jo Almager, Director of Parks and Recreation for Bernalillo County. “The artwork is woven together in a meaningful way to create a tapestry of self-reflection, guidance, and creativity.”

Surreal Salon 8

I am incredibly honored (and so excited!!!) to be a part of this year’s Surreal Salon 8 at Baton Rouge Gallery in Louisiana, juried by Elizabeth McGrath! The show will run January 5 – 28, 2016. Check out the list of participating artists below, and the gallery’s website for more information.


‘I’ve Seen Some Things’


I have some new pieces up at King’s Kreation Tattoo until the end of October. The show also features the talents of Jessica Chao, John King, Audrey Montoya, Xavier Rosa, Angelia Santistevan, and Jason Andrew Smith. The shop is located at 117 7th Street in Albuquerque. Check it out if you’re in the area!

30 Under 30

This will be my first time showing in Santa Fe, alongside 29 amazing New Mexico artists! The opening reception is June 26 from 5-7pm.30 UNDER 30 INVITE 6-1-15

I am so excited to be participating in Harwood Art Center’s 12×12 show again this year! A ton of amazing local artists are participating and donating artwork to a great cause. Check out the opening December 6 from 6-8pm and take home a piece!!


Stranger Factory x Cotton Candy Machine

I am so beyond stoked to be a part of this amazing group exhibition happening in two of the coolest places on earth at the same time!!! The opening reception is Friday, July 11 from 7-11pm  in Brooklyn and 6-9pm Albuquerque.

Transfigure – Project Room show at Stranger Factory!



I’ve been busy wrapping up work for a solo Project Room show at Stranger Factory opening this Friday, June 6 from 6-9 pm!

I am calling the show “Transfigure” and it will feature new 2D and 3D work inspired by how organisms and ecosystems of our natural world are altered by the artificial.

The show will run along side “Vagaries” in the main gallery, featuring work by four amazing artists: Carisa Swenson, Allison Sommers, Kelly Denato, and Michelle Lynch.
